This file contains (1) the multiple sequence alignment of all the subunits of mitochondrial complex I cross different species (2) list of all the potentially phosphorylated resides along with the prediction score and (3) the list of all conserved, semi-conserved, conserved-substitute and non-conserved residues- ser, thr and tyr in different subunits of mitochondrial complex I.
