These supplementary documents accompany the manuscript entitled “Primitive Reflex Burden and Visual Cancellation-Task Performance in Children: Associations and Nine-Month Changes in a Non-Randomized Three-Arm Study.” The manuscript reports a multicentre study of children aged 5–8 years assigned through their educational settings to targeted sensorimotor training, general physical education, or usual activity. The documents are in Hungarian language. 1) Supplementary Participant Information and Consent Documents.pdf This combined file contains the institutional permission form, parental consent form, and parent/legal guardian information sheets used in connection with the study. 2) Supplementary General Physical Education Programme for the Comparison Group.pdf This document describes the general physical education programme undertaken by the active comparison group during the nine-month study period. The programme consisted of usual age-appropriate physical education activities delivered by regular educators rather than the targeted reflex-oriented exercises used in the sensorimotor intervention group. 3) Supplementary Targeted Sensorimotor Intervention Programme (Csoportos Fejlesztés.zip) This zip file contains the targeted group-based sensorimotor programme delivered to the intervention group during the nine-month study period. The archive includes the foundational exercise material and the sequential session plans used with children aged 5–8 years. The program comprises structured exercises that address postural organization, primitive reflex inhibition, head–trunk–limb coordination, bilateral and cross-midline movement, rolling, crawling, balance, rhythm, body awareness, object manipulation, and age-appropriate movement games. The session plans specify the exercises, starting positions, repetitions, required equipment, approximate duration, and practical instructions for educators. The archive is deposited to provide a transparent account of the intervention evaluated in the accompanying manuscript and to support accurate interpretation and future replication of the study.
