Myeloma cells from U-266 cell line (green fluorescent cells) were seeded forming a monolayer on a six-channel polymer-treated flow chamber. Then a constant flux of either CAR-NKAE cells (red fluorescent cells, left) or memory CAR-T cells (red fluorescent cells, right) from the same MM patient was established over 20 min. Subsequently, four-hour observation of CAR-NKAE cell and memory CAR-T cell activity was performed.
