This dataset contains data for the paper Espeland et al. xxx. Four hundred shades of brown: Higher level phylogeny of the problematic Euptychiina (Lepidoptera, Nymphalidae, Satyrinae) based on hybrid enrichment data. Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ympev.2018.10.039 The following data is available: 1) Alignments_of_all_loci.zip: Alignments in fasta format of all loci used in the analyses 2) Concatenated_alignments_models_and_partition_files.zip : The concatenated alignment in phylip format, as well as both a locus partition file (part.txt), which can be used to split the alignment into individual loci, and a file (models_merge.nex) with the partitions and substitution models used in the analyses. 3) Maximum_likelihood_newick.tree: The maximum likelihood tree topology inferred using IQ-tree. In newick format. 4) Exabayes.tree: Maximum credibility tree inferred using bayesian inference in Exabayes. In nexus format. 5) ASTRAL_output_filtered.tre: Species tree topology inferred using ASTRAL based on the filtered dataset, e.g. only loci longer than 250bps and with a GC value lower than 60 were included. In newick format. 6) ASTRAL_ouput_all.tree: Species tree topology inferred using ASTRAL based on the total dataset. In newick format.
