Description

Datasets and materials for study: "Effects of charismatic leadership and rewards on individual performance". We replicate the effects found in Antonakis, d’Adda, Weber & Zehnder (2015), showing that charisma as well as of performance-based rewards have positive effects on individual performance. We find as well that the effect of charisma on individual performance is channelled through the vision dimension of leadership.
