Raw data associated with the study entitled "Ticks (Acari: Ixodida) on synanthropic small and medium-sized mammals in areas of the northeastern United States infested with the Asian longhorned tick, Haemaphysalis longicornis". We collected ticks from from mammals and from the environment in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 2021. The file "ticks_mammals_NJ_rawdata.xlsx" has the data regarding ticks collected from 273 animals between May 12th and September 15th, 2021. The file "ticks_questing_NJ_rawdata.xlsx" has the data regarding ticks collected from the environment between May 17th and November 9th, 2021.
