Synthesis of almost stoichiometric nanosized cathode materials Li1-xNi1+xO2 by a combined method and study of their physical and electrochemical characteristics: XRD patterns

Description

Almost stoichiometric nanosized materials with the composition Li1-xNi1+xO2 were synthesized by the combined method. The following samples were prepared: Sample 1 - Li:Ni ratio 1.5:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 700C, treatment time t = 60 min, composition Li0.25Ni1.75О2 Sample 2 - Li:Ni ratio 2.5:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 700C, treatment time t = 60 min, composition Li0.35Ni1.65О2 Sample 3 - Li:Ni ratio 5:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 700C, treatment time t = 60 min, composition Li0.64Ni1.36О2 Sample 4 - Li:Ni ratio 10:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 700C, treatment time t = 60 min, composition Li0.98Ni1.02О2 Sample 5 - Li:Ni ratio 10:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 700C, treatment time t = 15 min, composition Li0.524Ni1.476О2 Sample 6 - Li:Ni ratio 10:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 700C, treatment time t = 30 min, composition Li0.79Ni1.21О2 Sample 7 - Li:Ni ratio 10:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 700C, treatment time t = 45 min, composition Li0.92Ni1.08О2 Sample 8 - Li:Ni ratio 10:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 500C, treatment time t = 60 min, composition Li0.55Ni1.45О2 Sample 9 - Li:Ni ratio 10:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 550C, treatment time t = 60 min, composition Li0.68Ni1.32О2 Sample 10 - Li:Ni ratio 10:1, thermal treatment temperature T = 600C, treatment time t = 60 min, composition Li0.75Ni1.25О2 XRD patterns were obtained by Shimadzu XRD 6000 diffractometer (Shimadzu Corporation, Japan) with СuКα radiation.
