Description
Raw data for all figures in "Dietary sugars silence the master regulator of carbohydrate utilization in human gut Bacteroides species". These data include western blot quantification, in vivo competition assays, and qPCR data. In this study we address how a global transcription factor governs the synthesis of important colonization proteins and the effect of sugar consumption on this mechanism. All data analysis is outlined in the materials and methods section of the manuscript.
