Description

Utilizing a sample of listed firms from 2008 to 2020, this data contains instructions and do files for replicating results for investigating the association between top management team gender diversity and firms’ digital transformation. Financial fundamentals are retrieved from the CSMAR database. After setting global paths according to setting instructions, proceed to run the code in the main.do file following the sequence provided in the project directory. This process will guide the execution through each phase of the analysis. Run the code in the Figure_generating.do file to generate Figures for PSM.
