Description

High throughput calculation of hot tearing susceptibility for Cr, Ni, Co, Mo, V, Si, C, Mg, Nb, Y, Ce, Ti, Zr, and Al. The data obtained can be used to calculate the tendency of each element to hot tearing susceptibility in the stainless steel range, providing elemental guidance for thermal cracking modification of other alloys.
