Description

The research of plant-based biostimulants means a high potential in sustainable agriculture. A new generation plant biostimulant, named ELICE16INDURES® was produced in our institute, RIMPH LTD, Hungary and tested in fitotron and field-cultures of autumn barley (Hordeum vulgare) test crop. This liposome-formulated product contains eleven CO2 botanical extracts, that are rich in plant bio-active ingredients such as phenolic compounds, alkaloids, and flavonoids. This tech-nology based on cell-identical nano particles helps the better uptake and use of less amount of ac-tive ingredients. Gene expression profiling of this agent was tested in low and high (20 and 240 g*ha-1) dosage in fitotron experiments by using Illumina NextSeq550 sequencing. The processed NGS data of investigations are deposited here. The plant conditioning effect of low and high dosage of ELICE16INDURES was investigated in four repetitions of block system in field. The amount of the harvested crop showed significant increase of 27.5% and 39.9% interconnected to higher NDVI of 20% and 25% after low and high dosage of the investigated product, respectively.
