Research Data include sampling site information and meteorological parameters, sample collection and analytical methods of PM properties, 16S rRNA gene amplification, sequencing processing, analysis of heavy metals, water-soluble ions and PAHs, variable importance in the projection of OPLS-DA modeling, effects of reactive species, equations of specific surface area calculation, and the equations of bacterial index with specific surface areas.
