The mosaic shows signs of lentigo maligna with numerous bright atypical cells, even round, pagetoid (yellow arrowhead) and follicular localization of some atypical cells (blue arrowheads). Figure 1A : Numerous bright hyperreflective atypical cells. Figure 1B : Follicular localization of numerous atypical cells (yellow arrows). Non edged papillae with nucleated cells in the papilla. Figure 2 : Lentigo maligna after 1 month of imiquimod treatment. Images of the mosaic reveal a restored honeycombed pattern with preserved follicular openings.
