Description

Supplemental materials : Figure 1 : Lentigo Maligna before Imiquimod treatment. Confocal Microscopy mosaic images at the dermoepidermal junction. The mosaic shows signs of lentigo maligna with numerous bright atypical cells, even round, pagetoid (yellow arrowhead) and follicular localization of some atypical cells (blue arrowheads). Figure 1A : Numerous bright hyperreflective atypical cells. Figure 1B : Follicular localization of numerous atypical cells (yellow arrows). Non edged papillae with nucleated cells in the papilla. Figure 2 : Lentigo maligna after 1 month of imiquimod treatment. Images of the mosaic reveal a restored honeycombed pattern with preserved follicular openings.
