Experimental data and scripts (.Rmd) for the analysis of data on colony and cll morphology of yeasts isolated from table olives, olive oils and relate environments, as supporting material for the manuscript "Discriminatory ability of WL Nutrient Agar for yeasts associated with table olives: a binary scoring and machine learning approach". The input data are identical to the previous version but there are many substantial additions and changes to the statistical analysis

The R markdown script includes all the statistical analysis we carried out on the attached data set
