Description

Our data shows that the AT-hook domain of Brg1 is required for it's recruitment by an RNA dependent mechanism in distinct developmental stages. To further substantiate that the AT-hook Brg1 binds to the RNA, we purified the wild type and mutant AT-hook peptides and performed gel shift assay. Here, the gel images pertinent to the purification of the wild type and mutant AT-hook peptides and electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). The details of the experimental conditions for purification and EMSA are described in STAR Methods.
