This is R code and a prearranged dataset provided for running the IBMs described in 'Behavioural modes in butterflies: their implications for movement and searching behaviour' Link: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0003347220302682?casa_token=G-JfoRu4OLEAAAAA:m89mdy1XH8_QCQ71AtKAqg7tzRUJAU2rh4WdfLoylomMDZ60UOJ8TZNUZcjo4zSRTWQcIZQi9g The code is for three different random-walk models: a mode-switching model, a version including intraspecific variation, and another assuming homogeneity between individuals. This was used to explore how different assumptions about behavioural rules for butterflies impact our predictions of their movement rates. The model is built using NetlogoR a translation of the NetLogo's structures and functions for use developing IBMs exclusively in R: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/NetLogoR/index.html
