Description

This is a heterogeneous dataset of heart disease and it is collected from MIT-BIH Arrhythmia database of PhysioNet (https://physionet.org ). The created heterogeneous dataset contains three different types of data, where the age of the patient is in numeric form, gender in categorical form and ECG in signal format. The collected data contain six different classes, normal sinus rhythm (NSR), pulmonary ventricular contraction (PVC), sinus tachycardia (ST), sinus bradycardia (SB), atrial fibrillation(AF), and atrial flutter(AFL). The dataset contains 271 male (M) and 145 female (F) where they are in the age range from 1 to 89. In the dataset, all the 10-second (3600 samples) fragments of the ECG signals were selected and they are in mat format (Matlab).
