Steps to reproduce

Western blotting Protein samples were separated by electrophoresis on Nupage 3-8% Tris-Acetate Protein Gels (Thermo Fisher Scientific, EA03785BOX) and blotted to PVDF membranes. Membranes were blocked in 0.1% Tween 20 (Clontech, 9480) TBST buffer (VWR, J640-4L) plus 5% milk for 2hrs before primary antibodies were added at usually 1 to 1000 dilution and incubated overnight at 4oC. Membranes were then washed 3 times with TBST buffer followed by incubating with corresponding HRP-conjugated secondary antibody for 1hr. Western signal was developed with Western Chemiluminescent HRP Substrate (MilliporeSigma, WBKLS050).
