Steps to reproduce
The structures were obtained using Alphafold2 (https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.10.04.463034). A phylogenetic analysis was performed as described in https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2022.03.012 with inclusion of archaeal genomes from the RefSeq database for retrieval of homologous protein sequences. Additionally, protein NCBI blastp on the nr database was used to identify homologous protein sequences for clades/subclades that contained few sequences.
