CyTOF dataset of Gonzalez et al., Cell Reports 2021 1. NK and T cell infiltrates CyTOF files (CD45+CD66b- gated FCS files) for the 17 ovarian tumors from which we obtained correlations with a dl-NK cell phenotype. 2. Tumor cells CyTOF files (CD45-CD31-FAP- gated FCS files) for the 12 tumors measuring the NK receptor ligands.
