SUPPLEMENTARTY MATERIAL 1 A standardized questionnaire that can be used for abattoir self-assessment and benchmarking results. In the interest of shortness some questions have been reduced which are not important for self-assessment, such as location, throughput and “other” or open text options. The BIOPIGEE project (‘Biosecurity practices for pig farming across Europe’) online survey questions. The BIOPIGEE project has received funding from the European Unions Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement No. 773830: One Health European Joint Programme.
