Steps to reproduce
The acquired Zero-Loss series can be found in the Zero_Loss_Series folder. In the Panta_Rhei_Scripts folder, scripts are available that were used to acquire long term measurements, measure the position of the zero-loss peaks, correct the zero-loss peaks to each other, and create FFTs from the measured zero-loss peak positions.
