Description

data based on NGS applied to clonality assessment of sequential and simultaneous cutaneous samples from patients with Mycosis Fungoides (MF) showed completely identical molecular sequences in all samples from a given patient supporting the concept of MF as a disease involving a unique and stable clone simultaneously present in multiple, sometimes remote skin lesions. These data should be taken in account when building hypothesis regarding the pathomechanisms of this condition. Table 1 briefly summarizes clinical and molecular data of patients under scope.
