Description

The aim of the study was to compare the effect of pregnancy-induced hypertension and / or intrauterine hypertension on the activity of markers of myocardial damage CK and CKMB in relation to the parameters of fetal welfare Methods: 102 pregnant-newborn pairs were included in one of the four study groups I-PIH (pregnancy-induced hypertension); II-Hypo (hypotrophy); III-PIH + Hypo and IV-control. A comparative analysis of CK and CKMB activity in cord blood was performed and the relationship between the obtained results and the parameters of fetal well-being - flow velocities in the umbilical and middle cerebral arteries and maternal arterial pressure values was assessed
