Description

This dataset contains comprehensive pharmacokinetic data and related experimental results for the evaluation of two cembranoid diterpenoids, Anisomelic Acid (AA) and Ovatodiolide (OVT). These compounds, derived from Anisomeles malabarica, were analyzed for their solubility, stability, metabolic profiles, permeability, and acute toxicity in vivo. The data includes kinetic solubility, liver microsomal stability assays, MDR1-MDCK II permeability studies, in vivo pharmacokinetics, and metabolite identification. This dataset supports the findings of the manuscript titled: "Pharmacokinetic Profiling of Naturally Derived Cembranoids: Anisomelic Acid and Ovatodiolide."
