(b) Livedo racemosa on the leg, (c) inflammatory, edematous papules on the neck, and (d) acute lower limb ischemia (patient #2). (e) Firm, erythematous, purpuric, infiltrated plaques on the legs (patient #3). (f) Violaceous, flat plaques on the arm (patient #4). (g) Tender, red papules on the arm, (h) auricular chondritis, and (i) ulcerations of the palate (patient #5). (j) Violaceous papules on the legs, and (k) purpuric livedo on the arm (patient #6).
