The articles were gathered between May and November 2025 through PubMed bibliographic databases, and via the Google search engine. Queries incorporated different combinations of phrases: “CAR-T”, “CAR-T cells”, “cytokines”, “cytotoxicity”, “cytokine release syndrome”, “allogeneic”. The term “allogeneic” was consistently applied to differentiate the larger body of literature on autologous CAR-T from that on allogeneic CAR-T. The publication date range was not specified. A PubMed search using the term “Allogeneic CAR-T” returned 1,658 results, and these results were searched for relevant data. In addition to this search, selected CAR-T review articles were examined to identify further allogeneic CAR-T publications that had not been captured in the initial analysis.
