This dataset includes the most probable biological processes involved in a list consistent of 5494 genes representing ten cancer-hallmarks in Homo sapiens (SD1) and their respective 2223 orthologues in A. thaliana (SD2).

Steps to reproduce
Agene ontology enrichment analysis via ShinyGO v0.61 was performed for both, H. sapiens and A. thaliana gene lists to categorize them in gene ontologies terms (GO), maintaining GO terms with FDR < 0.05 after applied a Fisher test, and limiting GO terms list until 500 GO terms enriched per cancer hallmark.
