Dataset for the study by Vincis et al., "Dynamic representation of taste-related decisions in the gustatory insular cortex of mice." The folder "Dataset for Figure 1" contains the behavioral data that can be used to reproduce the bar plots in Figure 1. The folder "Dataset for Figure 2" contains the spiking activity (PSTH) aligned to the detection of each tastant that can be used to reproduce the results in Figure 2. The folder "Dataset for Figure 3" contains the spiking activity (PSTH) aligned to the first lateral licks that can be used to reproduce the results in Figure 3. The folder "Dataset for Figure 4" contains the behavioral data from chemogenetic and optogenetic experiments that can be used to reproduce the results in Figure 4.
