Fractional abundance data of brGDGTs recovered from marine sediments from 2007 (CL, ASE extracted), and 2008 (CL and IPLs, ASE and Bligh Dyer extracted) cruises in Krossfjorden and Kongsfjorden in Svalbard. BrGDGTs measured on method of Hopmans et al. (2016), with the fractional abundances of the whole suite of 15 brGDGTs being reported.
