EO and O ceramides, TEWL in atopic dermatitis stratum corneum

Description

The quantitative amounts of all bound O ceramides and EO ceramides in stratum corneum samples from healthy volunteers and atopic dermatitis patient. Data are quantified by LC/MS and corrected for the SQ-value (amount on tapes used to acquire the sample). The amount for each ceramide is given per volunteer. Ceramides are indicated per subclass and chain length, unsaturation is indicated by (:1).

Steps to reproduce

Samples were obtained by tape stripping and extracted by modified Bligh and Dyer extraction. Thereafter, measured by LC/MS. Data were processed and quantified.
