Data on Endogenous BRP3 Levels in PCSK1 and PCSK2 Knockout Mouse Strains

Description

To investigate the proteolytic processing of the BRP3 peptide from its parent protein BRINP3, we measured endogenous BRP3 peptide levels in PCSK1 and PCSK2 knockout mouse strains. Our results show that BRP3 levels remain unaffected in PCSK1 knockout mice but are significantly reduced in PCSK2 knockout mice. This dataset includes the raw mass spectrometry (MS) data used for these measurements, along with data from synthetic BRP3 peptide standards.
