A data showing infant vaccination from 2 rural and three urban vaccination clinics in Ibadan, Nigeria about infant vaccination uptake one year before and a year after the onset of COVID-19 pandemic. data were extracted from the infant vaccination records of the clinics. Timeliness was defined as receiving the scheduled vaccine within 2 weeks of the appointment date.
