Description

The project is to understand maize production practices and farmers' perception to MLN in selected study regions in Kenya. 406 farmers' were interviewed after giving their consent to be asked questions. GPS data was collected, farmers responses were recorded in KoBoCollect. Depending on the questions, the responses were either yes/no, numeric values,categorical variables, or the opinion of the farmer which was recorded. Data analysis was done by determining the frequencies, means of the data and also by ANOVA analysis The data for PCR gels have been saved in the new folder, sequencing data and QGIS data has been uploaded
