this is the raw data, including the scripts in python to generate the figures used in the manuscript in preparation for Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, submitted november 25, 2020

Steps to reproduce

the data is acquired at the synchrotron, and the scripts in the scripts folder are used to perform the operations to generate the figures in the main text. One script is in the Tl_Mn_3_alligned_output, which is the data and script used to generate the supporting figure on the beam damage, since it requires allignment of chemical redox maps from different datasets.
