Steps to reproduce

A Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) column was used with a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% (v/v) aqueous formic acid (A) and 0.1% (v/v) formic acid in acetonitrile (B) for gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.3 mL / min, the column temperature was 40 ℃, and the injection volume was 5 μL. H-ESI ion source was used to collect data in positive and negative ion modes. Compound Discoverer 3.0 and Xcalibur 4.2 software were used to compare and analyze the identified components with reference substances, secondary mass spectrometry fragment ion information and references.
