The dataset comprises a continuous, one-year time-series record of daily outpatient visits at a provincial hospital located in Northern Vietnam. Covering the entire 2024 calendar year (a leap year), the dataset contains exactly 366 observations. It is provided as a flat, comma-separated values (.csv) file structured to ensure high interoperability with various computational and statistical software environments. The dataset consists of two primary variables: date: Represented in the international standard ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD).
