Description

This protocol specifies reproducible methods for a systematic scoping review of dynamic patient-state representation in sequential clinical decision-making. The review uses a Population--Concept--Context eligibility framework, systematic searches of PubMed, Scopus, and OpenAlex, deterministic record consolidation and conservative post-retrieval triage, independent human source selection, structured data charting, descriptive evidence mapping, and framework-guided qualitative synthesis. The methodological structure is based on JBI guidance for scoping reviews; reporting of the completed review is intended to follow PRISMA-ScR, with literature-search reporting according to PRISMA-S.
