Description of this data

Raw data that was used to generate the main figures for Buti et al 2020 PNAS "CagA-ASPP2 complex mediates loss of cell polarity and favors H. pylori colonization of human gastric organoids". Please refer to the paper for more explanation www.pnas.org/cgi/doi/10.1073/pnas.1908787117

Due to size restrictions, for the mass spectrometry and high-content screening experiments, only the processed files have been uploaded. Raw data files for these experiments are available upon request.
