Description

The dataset includes a study-specific population template of T1-weighted and FGATIR images. Segmentation of thalamic nuclei using the THOMAS algorithm (https://github.com/thalamicseg/thomas_new), along with probabilistic maps of core MRgFUS lesion in patient with and without self-reported acute gait and balance side effects are also provided in the template space.
