Data used to construct Fig 3b in Nature Comms 2017 doi: 10.1038/s41467-017-01962-x, PMID: 29170434. ========================= Filenames: XYZ_early_embryo.mat,XYZ_late_embryo.mat, XYZ_S2.mat Matlab files contain the XYZ foci position for each cell in the three analysed cell types (186, 195 and 196 cells for early embryo, late embryo and S2 cells, respectively). The XYZ positions are in nanometers. Datasets Figure 1 in Cattoni, et al.
