Description

This data article provides an extensive and complete description of the high spatial resolution inventory (HSRI) estimation shown in the article “High resolution inventory of atmospheric emissions from livestock production, agriculture, and biomass burning sectors of Argentina” Puliafito et al. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.atmosenv.2019.117248 and its 2014 update.

THE FOLDERS 2014 AND 2016 SHOWN ABOVE CORRESPOND EACH ONE TO THE INVENTORY DATA FOR THE YEARS 2014 AND 2016 RESPECTIVELY, EACH ONE THE DATA IS ORGANIZED AS FOLLOWS: Each file represents the emissions for a given species There are 11 species: 1 : CO2 -> ARG_CO2.txt 2 : NOx -> ARG_NOx.txt 3 : CH4 -> ARG_CH4.txt 4 : CO -> ARG_CO.txt 5 : N20 -> ARG_N2O.txt 6 : NMVOC -> ARG_NMVOC.txt 7 : SO2 -> ARG_SO2.txt 8 : PM10 -> ARG_PM10.txt 9 : PM25 -> ARG_PM25.txt 10 : NH3 -> ARG_NH3.txt 11 : BC -> ARG_BC.txt ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WITHIN EACH TXT FILE: Units are kg/year/cell; each is 0.025º x 0.025º LATI / LONG There are 711554 cells including contintental y maritime zone of Argentina for gepographic frame of Latitude: 22S and 56S; Longitude: 75W and 52W. First 6 columns are identifications of the cells: 1. GID : a grid identification number; 2. LONG : longitude; 3. LATI : latitude; 4. PROV : Argentine identification province code; 5. DIST : district identification code; 6. POPU : population of the grid (inhabitants). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Each file has 15 sectors beginig st the 7th column: 7.
