This dataset contain mainly EPMA compositions of highly magnesian olivine and enstatite in Chang'e-6 lunar soil and information about Raman peaks of enstatite. The data support that high-Ni feature of highly magnesian olivine cannot be considered as an indicator of lunar mantle material. The low TiO2 contents of highly magnesian enstatite probably indicate that the magma ocean late-stage Ti-rich liquid/cumulate also has a dichotomy on the Moon.
