Description

Original data used in our publication by Bouvier et al., 2021, including original microscopy images, western-blot scans, FACS data, results of image analyses and of nascent transcriptome analyses. Folders are organized as Main Figures and Supplementary Figures with a subfolder for each figure panel. We combine cell imaging and genome-wide analyses of nascent transcripts to dissect the mechanisms underlying the function of the histone chaperone complex HIRA in transcription recovery following UV damage in human cells.
