This Supplementary Materials dataset contains: 1. Video file of the administration process of the internal teat sealant MASTIN in dairy ewes' teats. 2. Table 2: Comparison of the mean Numerical Pixel Value (NPV) from ultrasound images of the internal area of the teat cistern between the left and right teat of the dairy ewes, from Day 0 (before the administration of the teat sealant) until Day 120 in non-lactating period. 3. Table 3: Comparison of the mean Numerical Pixel Value (NPV) from ultrasound images of the internal area of the teat cistern between Groups B, C and Control Group, from Day 0 (before the administration of the teat sealant) until Day 120 in non-lactating period. 4.
