We present data on whether JNJ16259685, a selective antagonist of mGlu1 receptor, affects cerebellum-dependent motor learning in the wild-type mice (C57BL/6J strain) . Two-month-old wild-type (C57/BL6J) mice were performed in delay eyeblinik conditioning by administered PBS (control group; n = 11) or JNJ16259685 (10 mg/kg/day, s.c.; Treated group; n = 11) 30 min before the each training session. Raw data from individual mice on conditioned response (CR) rate (Table 1), CR peak latency (Table 2), CR onset latency (Table 3), and eyelid electromyography (EMG) (Table 4) were presented in detail for each group.
