The dataset addresses five factors to evaluate CC and ten factors to measure FC. Pre-service teacher students’ CC and FC showed achievement of them before to be real teachers after getting undergraduate degrees. The data were obtained during the practiced school experience program from July and August 2022. The population of responses is 426 students and the sample of the research is 222 students. The methods used are documentation, interview, observation, and survey. The survey was administered online via Google Forms and then imported into an Excel spreadsheet with endless Confirmatory Factor Analyses using SPSS version 25. The dataset is expected to be useful for practice supervising lectures in the school experience program even such as policymakers as well as the head of Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta teaching practice management center. Steps to reproduce

The steps in collecting data used the method (1) documentation which aims to find authentic evidence regarding matters related to students' mastery of pedagogic and professional competencies while carrying out field introduction programs in schools. Furthermore, method (2) Interview is used to find more in-depth data and the extent to which students master pedagogical and professional competencies. this uses data sources from the Head of the Teaching Practice Management Center at PGRI Yogyakarta University. In addition to the two methods above, (3) observations were also carried out. The observation method was used by researchers to see how students carried out field introduction programs in schools when students were in partner schools. Moreover, the method used again is (4) survey. This method aims to collect data on the pedagogical and professional competencies of prospective teacher students through a questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed with a quantitative approach and factor analysis with the help of SPSS software as well as a confirmatory factor analysis.
