Description
Total n=46 in both group (n=23 in each group) samples are collected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria of study, patients are randomly allocated by lottery system with SNOSE method. Experimental group received Osteopathy visceral uterus manipulation and cranial electrotherapy stimulation with conventional treatment + home program, control group receive only conventional treatment +home program. Data was collected before and after the intervention, employing parametric and non-parametric tests, including Pair t-test, independent t-tests, Wilcoxon signed–rank test, and Mann Whitney U test. Baseline data comparison ensured unbiased participant distribution. The study utilized continuous scales for UCA and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and discrete scales for Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS21) and International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ).
