FTIR ATR spectra of diabetic and control samples of homogenated kidney tissues. These data were used in publication "Diabetic lipid changes determined by combined ATR-FTIR, machine learning and metabolic profiling of kidney - correlation between spectra and biochemical data". These spectra are already preprocessed. The file contains the spectra used for the figures and is named as such (Fig 1a, 1b). It also contains LC-MS data used for metabolic profiling (Fig 6a, 6b). Machine learning was performed on the data showed in the Fig "2a" and "2b".
