Description

In this study, we used multiple mouse models and sequencing techniques to assess the effects of beta-cell-specific ablation or overexpression of BAF60a (BaβKO or BaOE) in mouse islets. This dataset contains processed RNA Seq, scRNA-Seq, and ATAC-Seq data from islets isolated from BaKO mice or Min6 cells underwent BAF60a KO, which elaborates the changes in cell identity, transcriptional networks, chromatin status, and cellular metabolism triggered by BAF60a loss-of-function. RNA-Seq data of BaOE islets is also included. We also provide a CUT&Tag-Seq dataset of BAF60a in Min6 cells that identify the binding sites of BAF60a on beta-cell chromatin, as well as the islet ATAC-Seq and RNA-Seq data from db/db and ob/ob models and BAF60a interactome study used in our manuscript. You can find detailed information on sample collection and data analysis pipeline in the Method section of our manuscript.
